Manuscript consists of the text of the Smṛticandrikā, by Deva (or Devaṇṇa) Bhaṭṭopādhyāya, son of Keśavāditya Bhaṭṭopādhyāya, Priccheda I of the Vyavahārakāṇḍa. Another copy of the same work as RAS Whish MS 128, South Indian Sanskrit MS 129(1).
